Having trouble changing privacy settings

I was trying to upload some screenshots but I keep getting asked to change my privacy settings. I tried changing share game clips to Allow but when I hit submit it goes back to block. Same happens when with broadcast gameplay and share outside of Xbox
Live. Is it a bug? Am I banned?

Sign in to your Xbox.
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, then go to System > Settings > Account.
Under Privacy & online safety, select Xbox Live privacy.
Choose a default, or customize your settings by selecting View details & customize.

Situation has been resolved.Just had to close the browser after hitting submit.

Hi Ivrosa,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. When you are changing the setting, are you on the console? Try changing this on the website itself. Also, try changing one that you are not trying to change. Change to block or allow, save and exit. Relog
back in then try and change the one you like and the other back to what you had. Here is a guide for

I no longer have an Xbox(obvious reasons).Does this mean I can't change those settings?
