    Case number #1377928075 I had spoken with Xbox support to try to address the issue to access all the characters I bought for definitive edition on Windows 10 xbox account.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the Xbox Online Service Center. If you're accessing from a mobile device please try from a computer, as mobile phones can cause some trouble.

    Sorry to hear the trouble accessing your DLC characters. To check, do you see the content ready to download from your Ready to Install list by chance? If not, what happens if you try to access the content in-game from the character select menu, does it ask
    you to purchase again?
