    having To keep putting wireless password in to connect to Xbox live


    please need help had my Xbox one s about 13 months never had a problem now about 4 weeks ago I think when the home screen was changed I have to keep putting my password in to connect to router does it not save it or is there a update for it as it is no fun
    keep putting it in when it’s always been ok why now help help many thanks

    new xbox slim wont connect to wifi

    Hi just bought a brand new Xbox 360 slim 4gb and having the exact same problem. Can connect to live straight away using an Ethernet cable but won't connect using the wifi. The console finds my wireless network fine but after putting in the password fails
    to connect. Very frustrating.

    I'm afraid the only options are putting a password to log in to Xbox Live or just keep the connection off the X360.

    Absolutely newbie who needs help

    Your Xbox needs access to the internet to connect to Xbox LIVE. Just buying a router won't do anything.

    If you have a Slim Xbox, or a wireless adaptor for an older model, then you'll be able to connect to LIVE provided a) there's wireless internet where you are, and b) you have the password to access it, if there is one.
