    Hi Erelyn,

    You can
    report issues on the Xbox One through the Xbox Insider Hub app
    . You just need to install the app from the Store and then hold the Xbox button to pull up the power menu and you should now see "report a problem". The Insider Hub app will open and take you
    to the report section where you can put the description of the issue along with screenshots like the ones you provided here.

    if you'd like. First, you need to have the
    Xbox Insider Hub app
    downloaded.

    Immediately after you encounter a problem or unexpected behavior, report it:

    1. Press and hold the Xbox button.
    2. On the What do you want to do? screen, choose Report a problem. This will open the Xbox Insider Hub app.

    From there you can look for known issues or report a new problem. You can find more information on reporting problems on the Xbox

    Hello Dom,

    Try to reset the Xbox Insider Hub.

    Open the Windows Settings with the help of the keyboard shortcut or the gear icon on the left panel of the Start menu.

    Go into the Apps settings tile on the Settings main page by clicking on it.

    Locate Xbox Insider Hub in the list of apps and expand it by clicking on it.

    Choose the Advanced options link, under the Xbox Insider section.

    Find the Reset button and click on it.

    To add onto what's already been said, I recommend also reporting the issue through the reporting feature on the Xbox One. You can directly send feedback to the Insider team and you can include screenshots or videos that will help visualize the issue. All
    you need to do is hold the Xbox button until the power menu pulls up and then select "Report a Problem", which should then open the Xbox Insider Hub app. Here is an article with more information:
