Yes, the friend invites were the codes I was having an issue with, I should receive them on the 21st of July? No way my friends may pre download the game? Thank You!

Hi there,

what exactly is the issue?

If you just purchased gold but it's not being recognized then please try the next steps:

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subscription shows, try the following steps

Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

Redownload your profile

If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at
Contact Us | Xbox Support

If the issue is different then please specify the exact issue you are experiencing, without further information for that other issue it will be hard to advise anything to try

If you have any other games on disc can you please try it in the console to see if you get the same problem happening with that game as well?
