    Having similar problem re white screen of death


    We can play the regular games but when we go into daily challenges or event we get a white screen no matter which game we choose to play in microsoft solitaire games

    White Screen of Death

    I can no longer get the Microsoft Solitaire Collection to work on my Win 10 desktop. It goes to a completely white screen with no options for change on the screen.

    White Screen of Death??

    This should fix it (Reset App Data)

    This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

    Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advance options > Reset

    Hi is this only happening on this game? Also try a hard reset by holding down your power button until the console turns off, Then wait a while before turning it back on.
