Having problems with NAT

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please restart your Xbox and router. Power cycle both your Xbox and router by turning them off for 5 minutes, then turning them back on.

If you're using a modem/router combo, log into its settings and look for Bridge Mode. Enabling Bridge Mode will turn off the router function of your modem, allowing your separate router to handle NAT properly.

And then set your router to Access Point Mode because there are routers have an Access Point (AP) Mode that disables NAT on the secondary router.

Next is to do port forwarding, here are the list of ports that needs to be open to fix double NAT:

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

it could be a Problem with your NAT. It could also be a Problem with the Nat type of 1 party Member. Your NAt and his NAT gets a Problem. Do you have an open NAT? You can test it in Dashboard. What Router do you have? Be sure that you have the latest Firmware
of Router.

strict NAT is due to ports not forwarded correctly or put xbox into DMZ but its unlikely you have this problem cause of Strict NAT as I have OPEN NAT and have this problem and as said it was working fine before the launch.

You can have see open NAT and still have "invisible" NAT. What version of your WGR614 do you have? Even with it having open NAT, the version 10 has irresolvable NAT, and NAT problems CAN cause intermittent disconnections.

I'm thinking the problem is your NAT, what NAT do you have?
