    Having problems seeing my full library post joining Insider


    Title says it. Its not showing me my library anymore. Or my game pass that I get through a friend. This has been happening since I joined the insider program in anticipation for the disc to digital. Solution?

    MW2 cross gen disc wont load on Xbox one.

    I managed to work out what the problem was so figured there might be others who run into the same issues so here’s how I got to the bottom of it.

    While the disc did not load up like any other and launch into auto play. The content of the disc was found in ‘See Full Library” section inside Games & Apps. This has never happened with any game disc I have ever put into the xbox one and - in fact - the games found in the “See Full Library” section are all games that I have played at some point but have deleted from my xbox one.

    Why a new and unplayed game that has never been installed to my xbox one would be stored in their is anyone’s guess!

    Have you considered joining the XBox Insiders Preview Program and using the report problem function of the Hub?

    You might also go to the XBox Insiders Reddit Forum and post your question there where the developers interact.
    I did, but the hub's freeform section isn't nearly long enough for me to post the full write-up.

    I went into My Games and Apps, See All, Full Library, All Owned Games. My purchase showed up there and I was able to install it from there.
