    Need help with redeeming my Xbox live gold card on the Xbox one, it keeps saying there was a problem and try again, but it still says the same thing

    I'm having trouble purchasing content and redeeming gift cards. I can still do the auto-renewal of my xbox live gold membership, but nothing beyond that.

    How to set parental controls so child can redeem microsoft points card via his xbox 360 console, but not haveaccess to my stored credit card number

    Is there a way to set parental controls so that my son can purchase games by redeeming microsoft points cards without having access to my credit card? He has an xbox 360 and we have an xbox live gold account. Thanks

    Hi there!

    There should be an error code starting with "0x...." at the bottom of the page. If you enter it at
    http://xbox.com/errorhelp you should be able to see what the issue is. It also displays instructions on how to fix it.

    i bought my xbox and received a 2 prepaid gold cards ad i redeemed the 6 month card i have the same problem as acetothekitten but those the prepaid gold cards count as a free membership? if so then why those the xbox come with a gold code??

    My Xbox Gold membership ended early and I buy a prepaid card and it says an error occurs

    I too cannot redeem my prepaid 12month gold xbox live membership card on my Xbox one, It says something went wrong after it already confirms that it's a valid card and what it is redeemable for,

    I do not have any fraud or suspicious behavior and I can't redeem my code, This isn't my problem either, It's MS problem like above me said, Fix it!

    I'm having the same issue. I just redeemed my 6 month xbox live gold card and keeps telling me to purchase but in my settings it says I'm subscribed to my 6 month xbox live gold. Never had this problem before. need help.
