    Having problems redeeming my 12 month good membership


    Hello everyone.

    Today I purchased 12 months Xbox live gold membership. When I tried to redeem it when I got home it requested information like my name and email and all that and I've entered that in no problem. The only problem is it's requesting a postal code. I searched
    up what my postal code is and entered it in but even though it's the correct postal codecode Xbox keep telling me it's incorrect. Is there any way to fix this or have I just lost €60?

    Hi. I see the deal on my dashboard again. No option for $1, but I'm thinking of just buying a 12 month subscription online and then redeeming it through the promotion. Although I bought EA Access yesterday, maybe redeeming an XBL membership through that
    promotion will prolong my EA Access membership? Instead of ending 12/31/16, maybe it'll end September 2017? (assuming this promotion starts giving me a free year of EA Access in September)
