    Having problems receiving Xbox back from Microsoft.


    Hello,

    A week or so ago I posted a discussion on a problem I was having with my Xbox One X and the HDMI port not operating properly. Well, i shipped it to Microsoft because it was still under warranty. The problem is I used a FedEx return address but i think
    Microsoft shipped it UPS. FedEx immediately returns any packages they receive that are not actual UPS packages. Now i am having a problem getting in touch with someone that can help me find out where the package is (Microsoft did not sent me any sort of tracking
    number). Hopefully someone that sees this can help me. Thank You.

    Xbox live messages not showing up on 360

    Having the same problem. Went from randomly receiving messages from xb1 to 360....... to only receiving messages when you sign out and back in.... to receiving none at all in recent weeks.

    Xbox Support Team in order to investigate the repair order. They will be able to look into the repair order as long as you know the email address that the repair order was set
    up with. We will include instructions on how to request a call with an agent. Be sure to let us know the results!

    5. select Request a Call From Support

    I redeemed the code via the xbox directly. I have sent so many requests for help to microsoft rewards team and received no help. Thousands of players are having problems and no response or limited support from the rewards team. I have followed all steps and attempted every method of communication.

    Hello again, we've received some similar occurrences regarding Xbox 360 logins and also games in backward compatibility on Xbox One, while we have no official position from Microsoft.

    In this case, we will have to wait for some position from Microsoft regarding this problem.
