Having Problems Joining Multiplayer

Discus and support Having Problems Joining Multiplayer in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I just got my XBOX One today with Advanced Warfare.     Having Problems Joining Multiplayer


    I just got my XBOX One today with Advanced Warfare. The campaign will play fine however when I attempt to play online it just sets there "searching..." for more players. My NAT is Open according to the console and Moderate in the game. The Multiplayer test
    says everything is good to go. I have waited for 30 minutes and it made no difference. Anyone else having issues?

    Having NAT problems joining partys ??

    Check you NAT settings and make sure they are open and make sure you have the right ports open please coment below for more details

    OK so I figured it out. When all else fails unplug the XBOX and reset everything. All is good now.

    I've been having the same problem. I have been able to join a multiplayer game once since the update, and at the moment cannot even see multiplayer games. The Xbox reports that NAT is Open and that the console is connected to the multiplayer server.

    Me and my friend are having the same problem with online multiplayer but we were able to work around it by joining multiplayer with only one person signed in, then before searching for a game, having the other person sign in.

    Yea I can find games, even though there isn't crazy numbers of people playing anymore, I can still find demo and domination games too
