Having problems getting rewards from xbox rewards.

I am having trouble retrieving my rewards for Warframe from Aug 15 to Sept 12. I have finished 6 achievements, 1 on 8/12, 1 on 8/23, 2 on 8/26, 1 on 8/30, and 1 on 9/1. But I still can't get the site to allow me to retrieve my rewards. I have 11 days left
but would like to get reward before it expires. I have completed all achivements on my GT .

Where are my rewards!

why aren’t my rewards getting sent to me, you guys told me a while ago they you were having problems but how long does it take! I have been a loyal member for years. Where are my rewards? You guys are Microsoft it shouldn’t take this long!

Keep in mind it should take about 96 hours for the program to update with the option to redeem the plats. Since the offer started on the 12th, you would have gotten your 5th achievement today so it's too soon to see the option. If you don't see it after
the 96 hours, you'll want to post in the support section of the forum.

I have solved the problem, I had the membership but the game I was trying to get rewards for recently started getting rewards from EA rewards so I was simply unaware until I got my reward. The problem is solved but thank you for your help, have a good day.

I have answered you.As it's a rewards problem you need to post in the rewards forum via the link i posted.Thats the only place you can get help with rewards problems.

I was also lowered a rank. I think there most be a glitch with the system. As for not getting the rewards from September I did talk to a member and was told that September will be rewarded at the end of this month as they were having problems.
