    Are you trying to change your gamer tag using the Xbox or the gamer tag change website?
    When this started to happen? Or since today you’re not able to change your gamertag?
    Please share an screenshot / picture of the error message that you’re getting when you try to change your gamertag

    Where are you physically located? (country)
    And, your Microsoft account region is the same as your physical location?
