    Hi,

    So a problem I've had for a while now has been leaving me unable to play any games on the Xbox Game Pass that are part of Ea Play.

    There is an EA account connected to my microsoft account, and it's either a glitch or it is connected to a wrong account. Xbox and microsoft give me no possible ways to unlink this account, or even tell what account it is connected to as far as I can tell.

    Where would it be possible to unconnect whatever account is connected to my microsoft account so I can finally play the games I'm paying for? Or is there any contact I can speak to to get it manually removed so that I may connect my actual EA account to it?

    What will happen to my subscriptions if I already have both Xbox Game Pass Ultimate & EA Play on Xbox?

    When the EA Play member benefit unlocks for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members, users who have both Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and EA Play purchased through the Microsoft Store will have their EA Play membership canceled and any remaining time over 50 days will
    be rounded up and converted to the nearest month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at a ratio of 3:1.

    For example, if you have between 50 days and 3 months of EA Play already on your account when EA Play comes to Ultimate, you will have 1 month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate added to your account. If you have between 4 months and 6 months of EA Play already on
    your account when EA Play comes to Ultimate, you will have 2 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate added to your account.

    I’ve noticed a few posts about this same problem, it looks like there’s a bit of a delay between getting Game Pass and having your EA games unlocked. Quick question, though: is your Microsoft account already linked to your EA account?

    Although Game Pass will easily share the listed Xbox games with no issue, EA Play does not allow sharing between accounts. As such, I'm afraid you will not be able to play any of the listed EA titles unless you have your own membership
