    Having issues with the xbox credits


    So here's the thing, when I go to my account on the browser for the xbox rewards its telling me I've been subscribed to this since November last year, I've pre-ordered some games through the store and every month I renew my gold and I have quite some archivements
    that count towards my rewards but it's been more than a year and I've never gotten a single credit for doing the actions the page is telling me to do, I just wanted to know why this is happening and if there's a way to fix it or to do something about it

    Having issues with the xbox credits

    In order to receive credits, your purchases/actions either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count
    towards VIP.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Achievements only earn you credits if they are part of a specific offer. These offers include purchasing a new game (or games) of a specific genre and earning a certain number of achievements in that game. The current RoboRewards offer is an example.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
    consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    There are no offers to reward Xbox Live Gold renewals. If you are still seeing any offers for that, let us know. There is an offer for Robo Rewards Achievements, but that is only for purchases made to complete the purchase offer of Robo Rewards.

    Is the information on file with the card issuer 100% matched to the information on your Xbox LIVE account? If not, make sure you match them up. If it still isn't working, contact your bank to find out why it won't allow you to do so.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We can confirm your purchase was not properly Rewarded, and will adjust your account for completion of that offer. You should see the Credits pending before the end of next week.

    On top of what xTye said, and with you saying your from Estonia, that might be the problem. When you created your account, did you have to select a different country as your region because Estonia wasnt selectable? That might be why you can not use your
    actual credit card/
