I don't believe Episode 2 is available for download just yet. It is scheduled for today but appears to not yet have hit the Store.

This page from Telltale indicates it is coming today, but its status is not yet "Available Now":

I'm having the same problem downloading Batman Telltale Series, only downloads one episode which I've already played.

It is working for me now. Yesterday it did nothing when I clicked get Batman: The Telltale Series - The Complete Season.

I have the same issue. I think the problem is that two separate entries are created for this game, one called "Batman" and the other is called "Batman: The Telltale Series - The Complete Season (Episodes 1-5)."
