Having issues with series s

I bought a new series S this year in feb and im kinda regreting buying it now that I have constant issues playing a couple of my favorite games multiplayer online . I can play these games single player and dont experience this issue but sometimes I get a whole diff Issue . my multiplayer issue is on farm sim 22 soon as I got into a multiplayer online game within 30 mins to an hour game starts loosing sound , sounds start clipping and then party chat starts clipping and cutting out and soon afterwards the console freezes and no longer resposive , have to unplug the console to turn it off and wait . one might assume i have poor ventilation but that not the case , it sitting on top of a pc desk with a laptop cooler underneath it as I thought this would help with this issue but no luck . the cooler just gives me a little bit more time before it freezes up and still has the same issue every time . in single player ive had some kinda gpu issue as I had about 10 times where I will go into a menu to look at the map or somthing and when I exit the graphics are very grainy and colors are way off from normal and the menu and huds on the screen is crisp . i kinda think I bought a defect console or the Series S just isnt worth a flip. Never had any issue with any xbox until this gen .
