having issues with retreating luggage and loosing tickets

I am having exactly the same problem. Also, my keys are taken to open luggage, and I never get luggage or anything from luggage.

I also will NOT pay to play for the same reasons....the games sometimes "crash" and you may lose all your tickets & coins used.

Regarding the ticket regenerator....it is quicker to complete the first set ....the second one takes more time / plays. I generally have more success when I have "dubbed" numbers with "luggage" and opened them after the game has completed....need " keys"
to open. The more luggage dubbed and opened, your chances are better but NOT guaranteed to add to the collection.

I have completed the two collections in France, USA, Mexico & Brazil....at level 70 and just plugging along slowly making sure that I have enough tickets, coins, etc. to play a "few" games on a daily basis when it is available.

You have to have keys to open the bags - inside the bags are various types of rewards - coins, tickets and power-ups. The luggage to open comes at the end of each game, and is determined based on certain tiles that get daubed, or power balls and power bingos.
If you don't have any keys, when you try to click on the luggage it will try to send you to the store to purchase some - this is the "buy more" message you are getting. As soon as you hit the play again button, any luggage you had in that "reward" line goes
away. By playing power bingo with the community goals, you can get a ton of keys - you can also get them by logging in daily - there are certain days that give you between 2-5 keys. Finally, you can get keys from daubing tiles that have a key on them, from
leveling up or even sometimes you get keys inside the luggage you are opening. Other than that you have to purchase them with coins in the shop - five for one hundred coins. Hope that helps you!

Or you buy some tickets for example, lets say a pass for 7 tickets, for $3.99 and you will use this tickets any time you need and will be valid for the whole day and after 24h you loose it.

I am having same issues; especially with the power bingos. Can't get keys to unlock luggage; to get power ups.

When are they going to fix this?
