    Having issues with my Xbox One gaming console.


    Hello, everyone. I hope everything is going well for everyone. First and foremost, I'd want to emphasize that this is my first article on the topic, and it was forced upon me. But I was hoping for more from you. Guys, I'm having issues with my Xbox One gaming console from Microsoft; I'm unable to resolve the Xbox One constantly shutting off issue. I gave it my utmost after several attempts, but the problem persisted. I'd appreciate your help because I'm new to this field. Are you able to help me in any way?

    Getting the same issues with my 2 xboxs. Sometimes won't load properly and when it does I can't open any settings or anything. Xbox support aren't much help. Soft reset. Can't do a complete reset as can't access settings menu

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

    I know your Xbox console will have problems when connecting to the internet, I understand how you feel, here are some ways you can refer to:



    1.Clear the Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system, then Settings.

    In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

    2.Power cycle

    Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.

    After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.

    Also remove all peripherals like Storage Expansion Cards, UBD HDDs, battery charging stations, etc.

    Plug the console back in and turn it on by pressing the Xbox button.

    3.Reset Xbox

    Open the Settings using the Win + I combination.

    Go to the Apps from the left pane.

    Navigate to the Installed Apps.

    Search for the Xbox app.

    Click the three dots and select Advanced options.

    Scroll down to the Reset column and click Repair click Reset.



    4.If you are connected to a Wifi network, you can try to connect to a wired network or connect to a cell phone hotspot, which can help us check if it's the network.

    I have the same issue... I have 5 kids at home two consoles currently, about to get a third. One console is set as my home Xbox... the other I log into and the games are there also. When I get the 3rd one though I will have to set up one of my kids with
    live gold and purchase games for them on that console...
