Having issues with my Xbox console and internet

I know your Xbox console will have problems when connecting to the internet, I understand how you feel, here are some ways you can refer to:



1.Clear the Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system, then Settings.

In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

2.Power cycle

Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.

After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.

Also remove all peripherals like Storage Expansion Cards, UBD HDDs, battery charging stations, etc.

Plug the console back in and turn it on by pressing the Xbox button.

3.Reset Xbox

Open the Settings using the Win + I combination.

Go to the Apps from the left pane.

Navigate to the Installed Apps.

Search for the Xbox app.

Click the three dots and select Advanced options.

Scroll down to the Reset column and click Repair click Reset.



4.If you are connected to a Wifi network, you can try to connect to a wired network or connect to a cell phone hotspot, which can help us check if it's the network.

I think it all user based with errors usually. I run multiple consoles in my house all from xbox ones and xbox one S and a couple xbox one X's and literally have no issues with any. Internet speeds are the biggest issue especially when it comes to updates
and they get corrupt, which causes a lot of issues for people. In my experience most that have update issues are ones that have had issues with the internet speeds and/or service.

It's not an xbox console issue or an issue with the Internet. It is solely an issue with bungie and they have admitted that. They just aren't doing anything about it

Recently my Xbox randomly loses connection to IPv6 and disconnects me from Xbox live all together. When I go to network settings the console is still connected to IPv4, so I know it's not an issue with the wifi. I have also tried restarting my internet
multiple times, but nothing has fixed the issue.

and for some reason when I'm in a game to console kicks me off and shuts off my whole router of my internet

I do know that some people have had issues with connecting a 360 console to their school's internet.

Ok Decent I'm Glad It IsThat sort of issue and nothing with my machine. Weird how Xbox ones connect seamlessly with my unis internet but not the 360 part :/
