Having issues with my rewards points

I was wondering why my reward points haven't been given to my microsoft account. i have over the 5000 limit, and it wont give me an option to deposit them

I’m having an issue and I need a little help from someone who knows a little more than me, I’m trying to transfer my reward points into actual currency but I’m having an issue with not having my reward points transfer to Microsoft points. How would I go
about doing this? (I have 50,000 reward points and only around 200 Microsoft points.

 

Once we get 5,000+ points the manual deposit goes away as the deposits are set to automatically be deposited. They are deposited after 1 cycle of hitting the minimum number. Example: If you reach 5,000 between the 1st and 15th then they're deposited around
the 30th. If you get 5,000+ between the 16th and 30th they're deposited around the 15th of the following month.

If it has been longer then that the reward staff will have to review your account. They will review and reply to you here. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

There was an issue with September payback that caused it to be delayed. So while the date for the Credit event shows September 30th, it was actually only placed on October 17th. It should be deposited with the end of the month deposit occurring shortly.
