    Having issues with my refunds


    I requested a refund almost 10 days ago, they both were approved but I still haven't got any money credited. I have done refunds in the past and usually the item on the order history will say refunded but it still only says completed. I'm not really sure what to do because the refunds requests were approved but the refund process hasn't took place or something.

    There was a notice on the website a few days ago explaining that the refunds are taking longer.

    Microsoft Xbox Refunds may take several business days, it depends on which payment method you used.

    I also recommend you contact a Microsoft Support Agent.

    Having issues with my refunds

    I have looked at the refund status page, it only says requested approved for both the items but nothing more, usually in order history it will say refunded and show a process bar but still hasn't. I have tried to talk to a agent but everytime it just leads me to the same pages and I never get to talk to any agent. I used my card, refunds usually don't do this or take this long, I did one prior to this and refunded as normally, yeah I saw the delay but it was a few days after I refunded.

    No refund received after two and a half months.

    It was my MS account, and yes my Order History indicates Refund Issued.

    I originally submitted the Refund Claim Form and shortly thereafter received 58 emails saying each transaction would be refunded and I should see it in a few days. I few days later the order status said Refund Failed. After a couple more days I was able
    to talk with someone that noticed the refunds didn't actually go through, and they attempted to Re-issue each refund. This seemed to work as the Order History changed status to Refund Issued. However, after two and a half months, my financial institution has
    not received any refunds. I have contacted my financial institution multiple times and they have assured me they have zero transactions pending for any refund.

    Yes, I have also encountered this issue. I have never refunded before, but the refund system displays Details Customers are eligible for a limited number of refunds per year, and you have reached your limit for this year。

    Including my friends, they have booked COD games and have not played them, but they cannot receive refunds. I believe there is a problem with their refund system. However, the staff did not take this matter seriously. They only want to make money and no longer consider the feelings of loving Xbox players

    If your refund has been denied, and you believe it's an error because you haven't requested any other refunds this year, please reply to the email you received informing you of the refund rejection. In your response, explain in detail the reasons why they should reconsider their decision and why you believe they should accept it. This is the only way to appeal the rejection and get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

    Please note that in this public community forum, we are just players like you trying to assist and guide other players. This means we don't have access to other accounts or access to refund information of other users.
