Having issues with my profile trying to play Halo Infinite.

So far the past couple weeks when I try to play Halo Infinite's multiplayer I can load into the multiplayer itself but none of my profile details like armor set, battlepass etc. refuse to load in, and if I do load into an online match I'm stuck in a basic/default armor set. On top of that, the battlepass doesn't load in and any experience gained from playing doesn't track/stay for both the pass and the missions themselves. I've tried resetting various settings and the like but nothing seems to make a difference, is there any proper fix for this I can do or is it just "wait for a patch" time? Really have a lot of fun with it and even purchased the campaign. so if I could make use of what should be available it'd be appreciated.

May we know if this is the only game you are having issues launching in your computer?
May we know if can capture the error message of the game before it closes out? You may use Windows + Shift + S on your keyboard to screenshot.
May we know what version of Halo Infinite you are playing (Forge, Campaign, Multiplayer)?
Do you have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer in your PC?

Yeah, I was able to play Halo Infinite online multiplayer without issue and the games I collected free through my Gold membership. I'll try removing my account later on today and get back to you.
