    Having issues with missions and vip


    Hi I just tried doing the warriors blade mission and i bought dark souls 3 and the season pass and completed 5 achievements and it isnt being marked as being completed on the site. And i am not even recieving my 10% back on purchases and i made alot of them
    and i dont see anything at all. I made a previous post about this but never got resolved properly I am hoping it finally will this time.

  3. Xbox live rewards - Microsoft/ Xbox live credit

    Hi,

    With most of the "missions" or with your VIP status, it states that you have to spend a certain monetary value in order to qualify for a given "mission" or next level of VIP status. I just wanted to know if Xbox live/ Microsoft credit count towards any of
    the missions or VIP status or if it has to be from a debit/ credit card?

    Keep in mind it takes 96 hours for purchases/activity to reflect on the website. If you purchased Dark Souls 3 + Season Pass (and that completed Step 1) and then unlocked 5 new achievements (which would complete part 3 I believe). Then it should update after
    96 hours.

    A staff member will respond in 1-2 business days to confirm or correct my statement. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and do not work weekends. They likely will not reply until Monday or Tuesday (since it's Friday) but if you completed the mission
    in accordance with the Terms and Conditions then you will still get the completion reward.

  6. Have you not received the 10% in a long time? Or just for March?

    MyVip is calculated at the end of each month and deposited around the 15th of the following month. So it would be too early to see March purchases. If you are experiencing issues from prior months then you would have to wait for the staff to review and reply
    in 1-2 business days (so Monday or Tuesday next week).

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Since your purchase was on the 29th, that is less than 96 hours.

    From the FAQ for MyVIP payback:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. We see that you have received your 10% payback for previous months.

    Preorders do not count towards VIP at all. so it doesn't matter if they're part of a mission or not.
