Having issues with Fall out 4 Nuka World DLC

Downloaded Nuka World DLC for Fall out 4 on Monday. Tried to play the game on tuesday would get stuck on the train and not go on to the Nuka World. Followed all the steps shown on this the Xbox One website and now I am unable to play the DLC because it says
the code has already been used what should I do?

Which specific promotion are you inquiring about? Nuka World DLC is purchasable through the Xbox Store and is not sent out as codes via Xbox Live messages. If you purchase Nuka World through the Xbox Store, you can install it from Fallout 4's 'Ready to install'
list.

How about that Fallout 4 DLC?

i am SO hyped for the Fallout 4 DLC they showed. Nuka World looks amazing.

 

You cannot redeem a code twice, once you have redeemed the code it'd be available to you.

1. Hover over your Fallout 4 game and press the menu button.

2. Click on the "Manage Game."

3. See if the DLC is available to be re-downloaded.

As for actually travelling to Nuka-World, have you tried using a different game save?

 

Have you actually gone to the front of the train and activated it?
