Exactly which xbox 360 games are you trying to play on the xbox one. Because not all xbox 360 games are compatibile on the xbox one. It would have to be on the xbox one backwards compatibility list which is here:

www.xbox.com/.../available-games

If it is on that list then when you put the xbox 360 game in go to the 'my games & apps' application on the xbox one.

Then scroll ALL the way to the right. From there you should have a 'Ready to install' list which should include the game disc you have inserted. Click 'A' on it and select 'Install'

This will then download a copy of the game that is compatible with the backwards compatibility on the xbox one

Hi, if this is just happening on your Xbox 360 back compat game, then goto settings - system - storage, then you want to clear the xbox 360 local storage, once you have done that, then try the game again. The game will want to re-download your profile
back to the Xbox One, and should then connect back to Xbox Live.

Are these games that have been added to the backwards compatible group, if its an Xbox 360 game you are trying to use, then check to see if it has been revamped into a newer version on Xbox one, they have recently re-mastered a few of the games to Xbox one,
leaving the Xbox 360 version behind on the older console. But if this is an Xbox one game and it isn't working, check the disc for damage...If its not that then try hard restarting the console by holding down the power button on the front panel until it turns
off, then wait 10 seconds before turning it back on.... most of the time this works. If it doesn't work from there, you may have to re-download the game and its updates by uninstalling it and re-installing it.... If this doesn't work then I would suggest speaking
to our Xbox support team, as they can deal with more complex issues...

If you're trying to run this Xbox 360 game on Xbox One, it must be back-compatible, otherwise it cannot be installed. If the game disc is not intended for Xbox 360 consoles, then it cannot run on that console, either.
