Having issues with an achievement that won’t unlock which I’ve met the requirements for twice?

Hi there,

I’ve recently been playing through Assassin’s Creed The Ezio Collection and had reached Sequence 10 in ACII, at this stage I found the last Subject 16 glyph for the achievement “ACII | Vitruvian Man”, however upon completing the puzzle, watching the video and returning to the game the achievement didn’t pop.

I tried playing further through the game in hopes it would pop later, I power cycled my console, and I’ve since tried a new save to get the achievement again to no avail.

I don’t want to have to play through the entire game again to try a third time in order to get this stubborn achievement to pop. Is there anything that can be done to see if this achievement can be fixed?

I understand you need help with your achievement issue.

There are times that due to server delays, achievements do not pop up immediately or it could take up to 72 hours to show up.

As what the guide is telling, you can wait up to 72 hours because some achievements could take that long to acquire due to delays.

I have the same issue with two achievements in Forza Horizon 3. I’ve met all requirements of the achievements and my Ingame stats prove that but both are stuck on 94 and 93%. I spoke to Microsoft twice regarding these and they was useless, just kept telling
me to post on forums and wait for a reply from a “specialist achievement team”

Since achievements are online related if Xbox Services are having issues then Unlocks may become delayed. More than likely you will get the unlock later once issues clear up. If you've met the requirements and there is not a known glitch causing the
achievement to not be unlockable.

I have exactly the same issue. I've met requirements for achievements for [tag:IDARB] and Life is Strange on 14th-15th June. They are showing 100% progress in the App but have not unlocked.

I unlocked some other Achievements correctly today, but these ones are still missing!

I've had this same issue with my Titanfall achievements. After a while, if you've met the achievement requirements, the achievement should automatically unlock after a few days or even after another patch comes out, but, eventually, it should automatically
unlock.
