Having issues sharing my screenshots to xbox live

If you are having upload problems, but everything else is working correctly, then it would be a good idea to restart your internet modem/router. If that doesn't solve the issue, try to follow these steps:

1. With the console on, press and hold the Xbox button on the console itself until it shuts off.

2. Unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds.

3. Connect it to wall again.

4. Turn it on.

5. Check if the issue has been resolved.

Intructions on sharing screenshots:

Hold Xbox button until you see a guide, Go to Captures & Share>Recent captures. This will allow you to see all your screenshots. Select the screenshot you want to share and then go to See all sharing options>Activity feed. This will now make your screenshot viewable to other people.

Onedrive will not show your screenshots if you share it there.

Thanks for coming to the Xbox forums. We understand having issues uploading videos. You can take a look at the page for

edit and share game clips.

Game clips (under 30 minutes long) and screenshots of popular PC games and any game available through the Microsoft Store can be shared to Xbox Live. They aren’t automatically uploaded from Windows 10.

1. In the Xbox Console Companion app, select
   Captures.
2. Select On Xbox Live.
3. Select the game clip or screenshot you want to share.
4. Select Share, and then choose where you want to share it.

just to be sure, do you have a Xbox Live Gold subscription?

Since this is what I found on the
Record & Capture support page:

Note Saving and sharing screenshots requires Xbox Live Gold. If you don’t have it, you can take screenshots on someone else’s home Xbox as long as someone with Xbox Live Gold is signed in.

I tried uploading screenshots with a different account on my Xbox One and it works fine so it seems like there is an issue with my account. I do not think this is a storage limit issue as my account still can upload new game clips with no problems and I
have deleted a few screenshots from Xbox Live but still I am not able to upload any new screenshots I made to Xbox Live.

I am at a loss on what could be causing this issue here.
