Please, power cycle the console to clear its cache data and verify if the messages are appearing after the procedure.

To do it, follow these steps:

Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

I have the same issue occurring now, how exactly did you fix it? I've tried setting it so I have to enter password everytime and this works, however when I set it to remember password it does the thing where it signs me in twice again as you explained above

I'm having this issue but for my own account. There are no parental settings or privacy settings that I can find that should restrict this. This wasn't an issue of AoEE but it is an issue on AoE2E.

EDIT/SOLUTION

I went through the other xbox apps on my PC and made sure I was signed into all of them - most importantly the Xbox Console Companion. After that I could sign into Xbox Live through AoE2E with no problem

Whenever I test my Xbox LIVE connection in the Network Settings, it shows I'm able to connect to LIVE. However, I am notified that I'm unable to connect to LIVE when I try to sign in to my profile. Are you having that same issue?

Hey, guys! Anything from within the apps themselves needs to be directed towards the developer. We are unable to control what content you are able to see in those apps, and the Xbox Live settings should not be affecting that. However, if you have a child
account *signed in* to the console while attempting to look at that content, it might be causing the block. Make sure only an adult account (that is, an account that has a birthday set to the legal adult age or over for the Xbox Live account, NOT the security
settings) is signed in, and try again.

For the purchasing issue, you guys should be able to use the Xbox App for those purchases on both iOS devices and Android devices. We are still working on resolving this so that it no longer causes an issue on the Xbox One and the website, however I have
no further information for you on that front. Once I do get more information, I will be sure to post back in here for you. Thanks again to everyone for their continued patience while we work on resolving this!
