    Having issues on Xbox Series X.......


    Just got myself the xbox series x. Im having 2 issues.

    1 issue is when you restart you console sometimes it losses internet using a ethernet port and won't connect until you hard reset.

    2 When you try resetting the console twice in a row. It will just hang there on a black screen. Will not restart unless hard reset.

    I’m not sure how to reach these settings, but I’m quite certain it is not an issue with my router. My series x has worked for months before now, and all other devices on the network are working, including my Xbox one and Xbox one x. I have been having this issue since roughly the time that my series x last updated, is it possible that the issue is an overlooked bug in the series x OS?

    Which specific Xbox do you have? A Series X or a One X? If you have the One X then the Xbox One version doesn't release till April so, if you've pre-ordered for that, then that would be why. If you've got a Series X, then that's a different issue
