So, I want to ask if your phone is in silent mode.
Please review this, and would be that the case, turn off the silent mode.

Moreover, would I know if the issue occurs with the device speaker, headphones, or both?

I’m not sure why the latency only occurs in games (all apart from Starfield, which makes it even more strange) in the Xbox app but not on the website. All I can really recommend is this troubleshooting guide:

I have completed the reset, keeping my apps and games and to no avail, the issue is still occurring. Doesn’t connect at all, until I power on my monitor….

I’m assuming the next step is a total factory reset, erasing everything?

I’m playing halo infinite and I’m having the same issue at the tower. My progress will save and I’ll reach saving checkpoints. But when I quit the game and eventually resumed the game within 1 minute of quitting and leaving the game, my progress did not save. The same thing happened last night. Why does this keep occurring and what needs to be done in order to save my progress?
