Having issues joining the Xbox one update preview program

This is the same issue I'm having Ryenoh. I joined the preview program and now I can't connect to Xbox Video at all but I have found a way around by browsing videos and movies from the dashboard, but other than that I can't connect to the main screen of
Xbox video.

Also, when joining the preview program it said I would receive an update but I never got one

By joining the preview program and installing the preview firmware, you have effectively signed up to beta-test future firmware updates, and you will encounter bugs sooner or later. It is recommended to take your problem to the preview program forum to see
if they can help you.

Yes, you can rejoin after leaving at any point. It's possible that by joining and gaining exp so that you move up the preview rings to Delta at least so that you may get a future preview update where this issue is addressed and you can test it out for yourself
before those in the Omega ring or not in the preview program. Beta ring previews updates before Delta ring and the Alpha ring, where updates are tested first, requires an invitation to join.

Either way a solution to this will more than likely be tested in the preview program first. News regarding what is included in recent preview updates for the different ring levels can be found here:

If your experiencing constant updates then you are in the preview program most likely. most of the time the preview program content is brand new and can have some bugs if you would like to opt-out

I no longer wish to participate in the Xbox One Update Preview. How can I stop participating in this or other previews?

Leaving the Xbox One Update Preview is just as easy as joining it. You can remove yourself from the Xbox One Update Preview by following these steps:

1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub on your Xbox One console.
2. On the main landing page, select Insider content.
3. Under System, select Xbox One Update Preview.
4. Select Join or Manage.
5. At the very bottom select Unenroll.

Note: This process typically takes an average of 10 minutes to complete.
