Having Issues Downloading JACK THE RIPPER DLC ?

I too have the Assassins Creed Syndicate season pass and was a bit annoyed to almost get charged £11.99 to download content that should have said free.

I then found I wasn't alone so I contacted Ubisoft Support.

They have told me they are aware of the issues and the game team are working on a fix, they have not stated when the fix will be released and that we should just be patient.

So if you are having issues then give it a few hours and check the E-Store via the game again and hopefully you will be able to get it for free.

!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THE DLC IF YOU HAVE A SEASON PASS AS REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN BY UBISOFT OR MICROSOFT !!!

My summer with Assassin's creed(spoilers FYI)

The Jack the ripper DLC was really because the story in DLC was nice and simple and interesting. Playing as jack the ripper was nice change from Evie and jacob.

But 2 achievements were glitch but thankfully after 2 days both achievements unlocked.

IMO one of the worst optional missions you have you scare 15 fighters during the fight club was so frustrating because you had only 16 fighters to scare because brutes are immune to it.

I will not be surprised if there is some sort of Jack the Ripper related DLC. I think it's a given

 

This issue should now be fixed.

If it shows ingame as a chargeable purchase then I suggest you do the following:

Come out of the game

Head to "My games & Apps"

Highlight "Assassins Creed Syndicate" and press the menu button

Choose "Manage Game"

Now scroll to the right and you will see the DLC is now waiting to be installed at no extra cost.
