    Having issues connecting to Xbox Live


    I turned on my Xbox one S last night and was not connected to xbox live. I made sure i was connected to the internet and i was. When i select the sign in tile, on the main hubs first row of tiles, it simply doesnt do anything. Every game i would open and
    try to play would give me a message saying it could not retrieve saved games, and i would have to select Go Offline. I have Xbox live Gold and Game pass. The main hub usually displays that i have 2 memberships on the far left column but now it shows none,
    and when i go to billing and payments, it simply stays on the loading screen. With all of that said, i logged in to microsoft from my phone and had to renew my gold subscription. So i did and there is still no change.

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues connecting to Xbox Live. Have you gone through the troubleshooting guide, Issues Connecting to Xbox Live, that is stickied? Do you receive
    a particular error code when connecting to Xbox Live?

    Having connection issues with xbox live

    i have forwarded all of the ports needed for xbox live and enabled upnp i have also had a long chat with my isp about my speed i cannot however justify this ever beeing an isp problem i have had talktalk at my dads house which is less than 2 miles down the
    road and there i have never had such issues with connectivity if someone could shed a light on this i would appreciate it.

    hey guys thx for your info im guessing it had something to do with the service alerts cuz i checked it on on the main page on here an i red service alert said was up an running..yesterday service alert said they where having issues...but then when i did
    read todays it said was good... then i signed on my console an everything was up an running :) .... I have already opened the ports,upnp is enabled before these issues happend but, did do everything on the help more help here on this link>> support.xbox.com/.../cant-connect-to-xbox-live-solution
    <<< an i did call my isp they said everything was legit on there end but anyways i like to say thx for you peeps replying to my thread...An helping me out Cheers!!

    Things you have tried?: I have tried redone loading my profile which fails because I can't even connect to Xbox Live, I have tried resetting network settings to factory default, unplugging my Ethernet cable, and resetting my router and modem.
