Having Issues Connecting To Xbox Live (There is more to it)

Hello I have recently come into an issue connecting to Xbox Live and it has me really confused. I can actually connect in a way, I log into my account on my Xbox One and I can see my friends list and talk to them but nothing else.

I don't see how it can be a subscription issue as I looked at that and it should still be all valid the next payment shouldn't be until next February. I did try seeing if I could connect to anything on my mobile app but it doesn't work properly and actually
gives me a 'Notice of Xbox Live enforcement action' which should not be an issue. As far as I know I have not broken any rules or performed any actions requiring such intervention. The really weird thing is, I go to the enforcement website and check my account
and everything looks to be in the clear. My next thought was maybe an issue with my connection yet everything else in the house connects fine to the internet and this problem has only just happened out of the blue. I do have another console set as my home
console which I do not have access to at the moment so perhaps that is causing issue but I can't access the menu to switch it over to this one it just says something went wrong and please enter error code 0x80bd0010 at the errorhelp but that doesn't come up
with anything.

Any help will be greatly appreciated I really want to get back to playing games and having fun! If the issue does involve my accounts status please do elaborate more on it as all I have is a warning on the mobile app and pure speculation.

There was a service outage yesterday that prevented some people from being able to access Xbox Live. Everything looks to be sorted now, however. Are you still having issues connecting? If so, restart your modem/router once more and try again. If that still
