Having difficulty downloading Cyberpunk 2077 disc 2

Borderlands 3, Cyberpunk 2077, and Psychonauts 2

You're welcome and thank you for the update. Do you have a different console or a family/friend's console where you can try to test the disc for Cyberpunk 2077 to check if it's the disc itself or the console?

Psychonauts 2 is on my want list but top is Cyberpunk 2077.

I loved the pen and paper game of Cyberpunk and can't wait to play it as a video game

You don't need to own an Xbox One to pre-order Cyberpunk 2077, indeed, you don't even need to pre-order it. You're buying a Series S you can buy it for your console when it releases via the built in Xbox Store on the console.
