Having Console issues & Unauthorized Purchase

Having a issue where my console won't start when I start controller, have to physically start console. Not much of a issue but want to make sure that its not a start to bigger issue.

I am just getting back into town, while I was gone my brother visited my place to spend the night and purchased the Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Ed. game by accident from what he told me. I did not authorize this purchase and I am not able to play the game.

When I try and contact support through the new system they have I constantly get a message saying to try again later. This has been happening for the last 10 months now so I am not able to get in touch with MSCS or Request a Call Back at all.

If that is the case then it probably wasn't purchased using your account. If it appears on your credit card statement. The simplest course is to contact your credit card company and tell them you didn't authorize the purchase the same way you wiuld with
any ohter unauthorized activity on your account.

For the controller issue, try plugging it in to resync it. If that doesn't work, try plugging it in and do a hard reset (hold the power button down for 10 sec. to turn off the console, unplug the console, plug it back in, and turn it back on).

For a refund, you would actually have to fill out a refund request form.

Thanks for the advice I'll give it a try. I am not sure about getting a refund since it was still purchased on my console even though I didn't authorize it. I am just having issues trying to get the game started since it takes me to the MS Store to purchase
it again anytime I try and see how the game is.
