having audio problems randomly

my audio quality is randomly horrible. it’s perfect whenever im using spotify but whenever i use something like hulu or roblox it sounds horrible. i have no idea what i did but it’s js getting annoying. i’ve already tried resetting my xbox etc. does anyone know how i can fix this

I understand that you are experiencing issues with your audio when you are in Hulu or Roblox.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please check audio settings. Go to Settings > General > Volume & Audio Output and ensure the correct audio format is selected for your headset.

And then update your controller firmware. To do this please go to Settings > Devices & connections > Accessories and selecting your controller.

Next is to reset audio settings. Kindly go to Settings > General > Volume & Audio Output and select "Reset audio settings."

After that is to power cycle your xbox. Turn off your Xbox completely by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds. Unplug the power cable, wait for 2 minutes, then plug it back in and turn on your Xbox.

It is important to check HDMI cables too, please use a different one to see if the issue persists.

No, except for BF4. They still need to fix the audio issues there, but that's a game problem instead of a system one. Does it happen to you randomly no matter what you're doing?

Having the same problem. Screen randomly freezes when playing games. Audio continues but image is completely frozen, forcing me to exit game. Sometimes it won’t let me.

Yes i have tried with three different headsets and the same problem happened. Even when one headset didint need to be wrapped around the controller it still randomly not let me hear audio through my headset.

I've tried reinstalling the game, and hard resetting the console. It just keeps happening, the audio will just randomly turn off and my mic will stop working. Is anyone else having this problem?!? And is it a hardware issue, because it's really really annoying.
