When did this issue start to occur?

Please check your network connection so we can see if it's an issue of your network.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
Select Test network connection, NAT type test, & Test Multiplayer.

Please also check your account via https://enforcement.xbox.com/ if there are any enforcement actions that could block your communication.

do the following: Open COD: Modern Warfare In-game, access your Options menu

1. Navigate to "Audio"
2. Set voice chat to "Enabled"
3. Set the open mic recording threshold to minimum. Setting this too loud may prevent other players from hearing your voice.
