    Having an issue with Xbox live gold


    I just bot the one year xbox live gold subscription and when i try to invite to game the invite to game option is grey instead of white same with join a party or join a game ive tried a hard reset and that didnt work any ideas on how to fix this?

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Have you used Xbox Live Gold on that account in the past? The Xbox Live Gold free trial is available for accounts that have never used Xbox Live Gold. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription? In order to use many of the Xbox Live features, you must have Xbox Live Gold. Double check and let us know if you are still experiencing issues. :)

    If you have tried numerous times adding and removing the cards it may just be that your credit cards anti fraud system has kicked in and is refusing to verify your cards. Are you sure that on the billing site everything is ok, same billing address/name on
    your account as on your credit cards, the cards are valid, they're not pre paid credit cards are they?

    No outstanding balances on the account etc
