  2. Reward points to Microsoft credits

    I’m having an issue and I need a little help from someone who knows a little more than me, I’m trying to transfer my reward points into actual currency but I’m having an issue with not having my reward points transfer to Microsoft points. How would I go
    about doing this? (I have 50,000 reward points and only around 200 Microsoft points.

    Hello BilboBagginzMGD,

    We will investigate your February MyVIP payback, but we see that your progress for your purchases was accurately given. Regarding March payback, from our FAQ:





    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    We determined that since your purchases last month went towards the VIP Boost offer, they did not award payback. In general, purchases that go towards offers do not go towards payback as well. However, since that offer did not award in Credits, we have manually
    configured this offer to also award payback after receiving feedback. Unfortunately, it looks like this fix did not extend to your account. We have determined why this occurred, and are working to extend this fix to all users. Apologies for the inconvenience.
    We'll update this thread when we have confirmation of successful payback.

    Once we get 5,000+ points the manual deposit goes away as the deposits are set to automatically be deposited. They are deposited after 1 cycle of hitting the minimum number. Example: If you reach 5,000 between the 1st and 15th then they're deposited around
    the 30th. If you get 5,000+ between the 16th and 30th they're deposited around the 15th of the following month.

    If it has been longer then that the reward staff will have to review your account. They will review and reply to you here. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.
