Having a sync issue with Subnautica on Xbox

I've done all the restart stuff - no luck. I've done a console reset - no luck. I've wiped the game cache - no luck. I've uninstalled the game - no luck.

The opening screen displays.

Press the menu button.

The Sync screen show,

The Sync takes about 5 minutes to start.

The Sync progresses SLOWLY - about 15 minutes.

The Sync reaches 99% and fails.

Multiple attempts to retry fail.

Use the game offline and there is one of the two saved games displayed.

Also, I don't have any issue with the other games that sync.

Now what?

I went to the Windows Store page and followed the links for the developer website. The forums seem to have a topic on sync issues that you might find helpful under consoles topic. It appears the Xbox version of Subnautica was just update in May, you can
find the link below. There is information in the forum thread to get in contact with the developers if you're still having issues with sync issues.

Yes, I believe the developers need to work on the Xbox code a bit, I've had similar issues. But overall it is more likely to make me not buy another console.

I had a lot of problems with this game: texture failures, corrupted saves, crashes and more. I believe it is a game optimization flaw, which could only be solved with a patch.
