Having a strange video issue here

I am having the same problem since yesterday and I have tried all the support solutions listed from restarting the console to resetting the dns what is going on with xbox no problems on my playstation.

I am having similar issues; its ridiculously frustrating that I can't watch HBO, Showtime without that stupid green screen popping up.

And now instead of a recurring loop, the screen is just turning green, while the audio continues to function... whats going on with this thing?

That is strange. I personally am having no issues with Upload Studio. I checked with my inner circle of friends and they are having no issues creating videos

Sorry about your problem there. It's not a case that your console is old - late 2013 to early 2016 isn't a long stretch with this technology. It's more a case of your console developing a hardware fault with the APU. The Xbox one's (and the PS4) graphics
hardware is built into the same chip as it's main CPU hardware (hence the term 'APU' or Accelerated Processing Unit). Generally when these graphic anomalies occur, they tend to been seen in all games, but this isn't always the case.

Since this isn't something you can fix yourself, the only recourse is to contact Xbox Support and request a repair. The price depends on your region, it will still be cheaper than buying a new console though. To request a repair on-line, you need to visit
