    having a problem with post migrating my minecraft account


    i didnt migrate my minecraft account because i never knew we had to so when i got locked out of my account so i tried to post migrate my account(which i know will get rid of my save progress and i dont mind) but when i try to post migrate my account it keeps saying "mojang account not eligible' so tied going to minecraft support and they told me to contact you guys.

    The migration of Mojang accounts has now been completed. It is no longer possible to migrate unmigrated accounts or make the move. That is why it says "Mojang account not eligible".

    Also if your Microsoft account already owns Minecraft does that means you don't have to migrate or you just can't migrate and let your account be locked

    Also, note that it's not possible to migrate to a Microsoft account which already owns Minecraft.
