Having a problem with NBA 2k17 MyCareer profile

Hi!

I'm having an issue with the MyTeam feature of NBA 2k17. I spent the day playing on a secondary character (which I created on Saturday 3/4). I played with this character all day on Sunday, but eventually had to boot the app due to some lag. When I came back
in, my secondary character no longer existed.

I can prove out that the character existed, as I got achievements with the character, and I also invested VC (the in-game currency) into him.

Any assistance in retrieving my character would be greatly appreciated!

I have had the same exact problem, my guess is that Watch Dogs 2 uses a file that NBA 2k17 also uses and XCC detects it as NBA 2k17.

Thanks for updating us with your replies. Regarding the game servers for NBA 2K17,

2K announced back in December of 2018 that it would be discontinuing the servers for the game, which ended the online player ranked games; however, you
can still play offline quick games, as well as the

MyGM and MyCAREER modes offline.

More information regarding this specifically can be found in the following 2K Support article:

As this is the case, then this would explain why you're no longer able to access the game in an online capacity. For further information, I would recommend visiting the

2K Support website for NBA 2K17 or
reaching out to 2K Support directly by submitting a request.
