    Having a problem with escalation request


    Hello, idk if this is even the right place to ask those thing so sorry if it's the wrong place.

    11 days ago my microsoft account got hacked, I have filled an escalation request to get my account back. They've said that they will get back to me in 5 days but it's been much more, I have also accidently filled wrong information (typing 2026 instead of 25) and wish to fix that if necessary or The reason for the problem, this is not my first time doing an escalation request(probably because I didn't format pc first time) but It didn't happen to me, so idk if I caused it because the wrong info or not.

    I suspect the escalation request reference number is provided by the support agent when contacting them via the support options. Please can you reach out to Xbox Support via this link: Contact us | Xbox Support

    Please can you use the image underneath to select the right options to reach out to a Microsoft agent.

    If you do manage to get through to them, please explain what has happened and about the escalation request number. They should be able to help with this.

    Every time its something else.

    They have to escalate the issue. Call them back and MAKE SURE they escalate the case to microsoft. This code is giving a lot of people trouble. Having it escalated is the only way to have this fixed. Also, it should be noted here and now that there is not
    a specified turnaround time on this issue. Some have had it fixed quickly, others have had to wait weeks. Call them back! Make sure they escalate to tier 3 for not being able to spend MSP. 18004MYXBOX (dont forget to get the service request number by the end
    of the call.)

    Xbox support run around

    Thats kinda what problem is, everytime i contact support or follow up with them as they dont keep promise to follow up as they say, i am told that my issue was not escalated properly and that it needs to be submitted again. After the 3rd time re escalating
    my request and with no contact from customer service how am i as a customer assured that it is being fixed?? If i call in to inquire, its the start of another escalation, hence why i said its a run around

    > Select Request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

    If you're unable to contact them, try again at a later time."

    Also, since you mentioned that you have been hung up during calls, try to contact them through Live Chat Support for better communication based on my personal experience.
