    I have tried to do that and it hasnt worked, i have a game pass and ive paid £35 for and its not letting ne play any games

    Hi,

    To renew your Gold Membership:

    1) Go to My Account on your Xbox

    2) Go under the Account settings and press Subscriptions

    3) You should see an option for Xbox Live Gold if not please tell me.

    Sometimes it won't let you renew your XBL Gold membership on your console. When that happens, try to renew via Xbox.com.
