I tried this but still haven’t seen my balance it shows that it’s in my Microsoft account.

They denied me the refund because l played the game for 1 hour and l just wanted a refund because I felt disappointed playing a game l was hyping for 2 years and l can’t even get my money back l and so far no they haven’t seen the messages l gave them yet

I have had the same problem I haven’t asked for my vbucks to be refunded from Microsoft and they have took all my vbucks and the skins I bought with them away and I haven’t even asked for a refund request
