    havent recived my 15000 rewards points


    I pre ordered 3 games and the punch card says I only did two. when I scroll down it shows that I pre order 3 games. mafia 3. watch dogs 2 and call of duty infinite warfare with call of duty modern warfare remastered. I already talked to xbox support and
    they sent me to you. so I should have the 15,000 rewards points because I bought three games like it told me to do. I sent an image that shows I pre order 3 games also.

    You need at least 100 points pending for them to be deposted into your account on the 15th or 30th of the month.

    you don't redeem

    With Rewards points you wait till you get 15000 points when you do get it it is just deposited into your account no interaction needed

    They don't deposit till you hit 15000 points

    Only thing you can ask for is early deposit once you hit 15000 before the 15th of each month

    They'll be deposited with the first deposit of this month, by the 15th. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.
